हिन्दी प्रकोष्ठ

संस्थान में राजभाषा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए श्री चित्रा तिरुनाल आयुर्विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान में हिंदी प्रकोष्ठ की स्थापना की गई थी । इस प्रकोष्ठ का मुख्य उद्देश्य राजभाषा विभाग, गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के नियमों एवं नीतियों का कार्यान्वयन करना है ।

राजभाषा के प्रयोग को कार्यालयों में बढ़ावा देने के लिए संस्थान ने राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति का गठन किया है और राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की बैठकें प्रत्येक तिमाही में आयोजित की जाती हैं। संस्थान में राजभाषा के प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए यह प्रकोष्ठ संस्थान के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के लिए हिंदी कार्यशाला का भी संचालन करता है ।

यह प्रकोष्ठ राजभाषा अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 3(3) के अंतर्गत जारी दस्तावेजों का द्विभाषी में अनुवाद करता है । हिंदी प्रकोष्ठ प्रत्येक वर्ष हिंदी दिवस और हिंदी पखवाड़ा समारोह का भी आयोजन करता है। समारोह के दौरान विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं जैसे हिंदी सुलेख प्रतियोगिता, हिंदी लघु कहानी लेखन, टिप्पण और प्रारूपण, हिंदी निबंध लेखन आदि का भी आयोजन करता है।

हिन्दी प्रकोष्ठ का नियमित कार्य

हिंदी प्रकोष्ठ का मुख्य उद्देश्य राजभाषा का प्रचार-प्रसार एवं कार्यान्वयन है । हिंदी प्रकोष्ठ के नियमित कार्य निम्नलिखित हैं:-

1. प्रत्येक तिमाही में राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की बैठकें आयोजित करना तथा बैठक में तिमाही प्रगति रिपोर्ट तैयार करना, राजभाषा नीति के कार्यान्वयन की स्थिति की समीक्षा, और पिछले बैठक के दौरान लिए गए निर्णयों का अनुपालन आदि ।

2. प्रत्येक तीन महीने में हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन करना । कार्यशाला के दौरान संस्थान के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित करना । साथ ही यह प्रकोष्ठ हिंदी प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने और हिंदी में अपना काम करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए कर्मचारियों के लिए हिंदी प्रशिक्षण भी आयोजित करता है ।

3. प्रत्येक तीन महीने में तिमाही प्रगति रिपोर्ट भी तैयार करना और राजभाषा विभाग की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करना ।

4. नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की छमाही बैठक में भाग लेना और नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति द्वारा आयोजित विभिन्न गतिविधियों में संस्थान की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना ।

5. संस्थान की हिंदी पत्रिका 'चित्रलेखा' तैयार करना और हर वर्ष दो खंड भी प्रकाशित करना ।

6. संस्थान के वेबसाइट के विषय वस्तु का हिन्दी अनुवाद समय –समय पर करना ।

7. अन्य कार्यालयों से प्राप्त विभिन्न पत्रों, आदेशों, परिपत्रों आदि का हिन्दी अनुवाद करना ।

Hindi Cell

The Hindi Cell of the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology was established to promote usage of Official Language in Institution. The main objective of this cell is to implement the rules and policies of the Departmental Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

To promote the use of the Official Language, Institute has constituted Official Language Implementation Committee. The Official Language Implementation Committee meetings are held in every quarter. In order to promote the progressive use of Official Language in the Institute, the cell also organizes Hindi Workshop for the institute’s officers and staff.

The cell also undertakes the bilingual translation of the documents issued under the section 3(3) of the Official Language Act, 1963. The Hindi cell organizes Hindi Diwas and Hindi Fortnight Celebrations every year. During these functions, various competitions like Hindi Calligraphy competition, Hindi Short story writing, Noting and Drafting, Hindi Essay writing etc are also conducted.

ROUTINE FUNCTIONS OF HINDI CELL

The main objective of the Hindi Cell is the promotion and implementation of the official Language. The following are the routine functions of Hindi Cell :-

1. To organize Official Language Implementation Committee meetings every quarter and prepare the Quarterly Progress Report, review the status of implementation of official Language policy and follow up on the decisions taken during the previous meetings etc.

2. To organize Hindi Workshop once in every three months and train the officers and staff of the Institute during the workshop. This cell also conduct Hindi Training for the staff of SCTIMST to promote the usage of Hindi language at workplace.

3. To prepare the Quarterly Progress Report in every quarter and upload in the Departmental Official Language website.

4. To participate in the six monthly meeting of the Town Official Language Implementation Committee and ensure the Institute’s participation in various activities conducted by Town Official Language Implementation Committee.

5. To prepare Hindi Magazine ‘Chitalekha’ and publish two volumes every year.

6. To do regular Hindi translation of the Institute’s website contents.

7. To translate various letters, orders, circular etc. received from the other offices.
